Location is within walking distance from the ferry stop and the San Marco square. It was not very easy to find so ask around. Check-in and check-out were in different buildings. The room was also in a different building. Room was spacious and clean. One thing that was awkward was that there was only one key and you can't lock... More

Cleaner and better than I thought. Martina at reception very helpful and friendly. Our room had no closet and no fridge so she changed out room. Worst thing about this hotel is the internet connection. A cheap weak modem is at reception with VERY short reception.

This hotel had bed bugs. Do not stay here I have been itching for a couple days now. Location was good, however, every time I went to the reception desk I was left waiting for them to attend the desk.

Stayed here June 2013 very disappointed. No one on reception, had to phone, no lift, no tv in room. Very basic. Breakfast was horrid, try stale cake. Very expensive for very low budget accommodation. Would NEVER stay hear again and could not recommend anything about it.

A little hard to find. Take first alley after the doge palace and follow it until it ends. no one at check in must call for someone but they were there shortly. took us to another building for our room, no elevator must lug your luggage yourself. Room size adequate, no TV, no radio, air conditioning didn't work, modern bathroom,... More

Definitely not a place to rave about... Booked it as it had pretty good reviews online and thought it was great value for Venice. Very disappointed - it is nothing else than a private room in a bad hostel. No facilities, no toiletry, light bulbs were not working. Our room was located in a back alley. Private bathroom but here... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, which worked out to be €80 night. The room was clean and comfortable and very handy to everything in Venice. The staff were friendly. Perfect base to explore Venice. If we were paying more, we would have queried a) the water pressure in the shower, b) the towels (cloth) and c) the WIFI only... More

Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no one at the reception except for a telephone that asks you to dial 500 to call for them. Turns out that they had another hotel nearby with a legit reception and someone from there would tend to you. So, they led us to my room (which was not in the same building... More
