We ended up with two rooms at this hotel through a deal on a popular travel site. We briefly looked at pictures, and we decided it looked tolerable. After we failed to find the hotel due to an address issue (the address is listed incorrectly on google maps), we ended up looking at reviews on the way to the hotel,... More

Beautiful building inside & out, but no staff might be better than the current workers. Reception says open until midnight. After 10+ minutes of knocking, saying hello, and walking around an older lady that we had just obviously woken up checked us into our room (mind you it was only 8pm). She couldn't help that we were charged wrong, the... More

We stayed here a couple of nights - the room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and responsive staff + speaks English. The driver was really funny and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Here i got my first italian coffee - really good I would recommend this hotel.

I'm not sure if it was in Mestre area but it was quite far from Mestre train station, the number 10 bus that goes to hotel stops running from 9:30pm, so we had to call the hotel to pick us up, it was 10€ per person. hotel has shuttle service that took us to Venice, it was 6€ round trip... More

We only stayed here for a couple of nights but the staff were friendly and our room was clean. The wi-fi is really slow but overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. Dino the driver is an absolute blast too!

Absolutely a no-go area! Very unpleasant personell. Been there for 2 nights and the only positive thing I can mention is that we had a lot of fun on the amatures that run this property. Especially the restaurant was a farce. With room for 200 guests the waiter already panict when 7 guests arrived. At the reception we were treated... More

Unfortunately not a good hotel. Mould in the bathroom. We dealt mostly with maria (receptionist) who gave us the feeling she wasnt happy we stayed there. Restaurant has discolights buddhas and hindoe statues all over the place like they dont know what atmosphere they want to create. Ow yes and the tables feature sexually explicit scenes from kama sutra... maybe... More

If you want to visit Venice than Ok but only for one day. As far as I remember the WIFI connection is probably the worst not only in Italy but in Europe. It was even impossible to open the speedtest page. The price? Waste of about 300 EURO which in my case requires a lot of effort to save. We... More

I think it's quite a good hotel for groups, or for people with a car who do not want to spend too much. Rooms is good and spacious, clean, breakfast is good. Of course we are talking of a 3* hotel in Italy, so can't understand certain reviews..

The hotel is certainly old, but perfectly acceptable for the price. It located convenient, unless you have a car (convenient entrance / exit on the road, no parking problems). Without a car it is a bad option as the last shuttle back from Venice to 18 hours, and it's too early if you still want to wander through this wonderful... More

Dear customer thanks for the good review you wrote about our hotel. We hope you miswrote about the price about our restaurant, because 30 euros for person is a normal price for a top-class restaurant in the best cities in Italy (Venice, Milan, Rome, Florence etc) and our restaurant isn't that expensive, but we're greetful about the fact you enjoy...
