This is a nice hotel that is accessible to man of Venice's key attractions if you don't mind walking. My room was quite small with no view of the canal. The underside of the bedspread was soiled either from detergent or something else. The room was cleaned each day although sometimes I would not get new soap (the bars are... More

Hahaha.. Well well, honeymoon suite because I paid for an executive room & they upgraded me to a suite which was quite a complimentary treat. The balconies overlook the grand canal. Its a walking distance to all major attractions. Since it is a touristy area everything is within the vicinity..which is quite an add-onn!!

We stayed here for 4 nights in September. The best thing without a shadow of a doubt is the rooftop terrace. You can sit overlooking the grand canal whilst sipping your drink from sunrise to sunset. The breakfast is average at best - but why eat in the hotel when you can some fantastic places to eat surrounding the hotel... More

The PLUS points. Having breakfast outside on this small balcony (if you are lucky enough to grab one of the 3 tables) just has to be the liveliest most wonderful view anywhere, watching the gondoliers, gondolas and the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal. Divna, the fantastic receptionist, who handled my complaint (about the room) at 7 in the... More

This is the ONLY hotel my husband and I will stay at. It is fantastic! We were just there for our fifth time a few days ago. If you want a complete view of the Grande Canal stay in room 201. It has a balcony that over looks the canal and another window with the same view. Remember this room... More

The location was great, right on the water. the top floor has a nice outside deck which has all the views. The bedroom was out-dated, with the bed and pillows way too hard to have a comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom was nice and included a bath, hairdryer & heater. The included breakfast was ok, a decent selection, although the... More

Great location in the heart of Venice, located on the Grand Canal with access to the ACTV water bus (Ca' d' Oro stop on the No. 1 line which can get you anywhere you need to go) as well as the famous Gondola boats right outside your door. You also step out of the hotel onto the walk of endless... More

Beautiful small hotel with very spacious and immaculate room. Asked if possible to be near an exit and a balcony. They provided everything we asked for. Third floor room 304 (handy for roof terrace), had a little balcony where we had a great side view of the main canal. Breakfast could have done with a toaster but plenty of other... More

Hotel has a fantastic location right on grand canal so a private water taxi transfer is a must worth every penny! Our room 107 was large with views to the canal and the the gondola stop at the side! I had mentioned in my booking we were there as a surprise for my boyfriends 40th and they left some prosecco... More

Great location close to Grand Canal with a ferry stop close by and the gondola to cross the Grand Canal adjacent to the hotel. The room was tired, particularly the bathroom. We had a standard Queen bed room facing a walkway., maybe more romantic and larger rooms facing the Grand Canal Breakfasts were good, the desk staff indifferent
