Hotel has a fantastic location right on grand canal so a private water taxi transfer is a must worth every penny! Our room 107 was large with views to the canal and the the gondola stop at the side! I had mentioned in my booking we were there as a surprise for my boyfriends 40th and they left some prosecco... More

Great location close to Grand Canal with a ferry stop close by and the gondola to cross the Grand Canal adjacent to the hotel. The room was tired, particularly the bathroom. We had a standard Queen bed room facing a walkway., maybe more romantic and larger rooms facing the Grand Canal Breakfasts were good, the desk staff indifferent

Venice is not a town for the economy minded traveler. The Foscari Palace has a great location on the Grand Canal convenient to the vaporetto (water bus). We had the price fixe 3 course dinner which was OK. The boat tour complete with dessert, after dinner drink and music was worth the 35 Euro price of the dinner. Was quite... More

I travel for a living and this place is by far one of the best hotels Ive stayed at. The location is fabulous, the vaporettos and gondolas are right outside. You are a stone throw away from great restaurants and all the action in Venice. The room was a fabulous suite where we stayed in a very, very large room... More

My wife and I enjoyed the hotel and it's great value for Venice. Lots of space. In the middle of everything. Super friendly staff. Only downer was the restaurant recommendation. Didn't feel it was the greatest spot for the price and all the staff was imported. Not an issue but they were are promoting the spot as a true venetian... More

Nice, centrally located, direct access from gran canal... Friendly staff. The hotel is also very close to the vaporetto stop. So mo need to walk to far if clients want to avoid the venetian extortions taxi fares!! Will def be back. :)

As everyone who has visited Venice knows, it is expensive. This hotel however, was quite reasonably priced (€240 per night) and I was very satisfied with what you get in return. A spacious room with a nice view of the canal. + friendly staff + Nice location - The shower did not function properly (not all faucets were working) -... More

Definitely take a Water Taxi from the airport! What an arrival! Made our trip. The hotel has a dock, so you can take a water taxi right from the airport to the hotel door step. Wow! Talk about arriving in Venice! the sites, the water, the excitement, the views, the canals, and door to door service. You could alternatively take... More

Fooled by the reviews! Only good thing I can say is the location is great and convenient. Staff is nasty and not the least bit helpful. We had to bring our own bags up to the room! Front desk staff checked us in, told us or room number, handed us the key, and showed us the elevator that we could... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is very good on the grand canal. We got a very nice room with a small terrace viewing the canal. We had a dinner in the hotel on a terrace close to the water and including in the dinner price was a boat tour on the canal. It was really... More
