We stayed at he Foscari Palace at the end of our Med cruise. Our orginal hotel had a water main break and sent us there. The front desk staff were just horrible and made us feel very unwelcome. The hotel is wonderful but Tatiana treated us so poorly, I would not stay there again more

Foscari Palace Hotel is a very comfortable hotel for a reasonable price. It's convenient to the vaporetto and easily within walking distance of St. Mark's Square. Great location, right next to a traghetto stop and very close to a vaporetto stop. Very friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast. Room was clean , modern and spacious with a super bathroom. Only complaint is that there is not 24hour kitchen (room service), and also no facilities in the room for coffee/tea making. more

Just a short (I do mean short with 3 pieces of luggage at 23 kilos) walk from the water taxi stop Ca'd'oro which happens to be very centrally located to all the musuems and sights.
