My wife and I went to Venice for 3 days and stayed in Villa Angelica on Lido. When w arrived they made us feel very welcome. The lady was very friendly and gave us some very good tip on where to go, recommended restaurants and she was spot on. The room was nice, clean. From the villa it's about 5... more

We arrived very late at night and were welcomed by Angela the Villa caretaker who made us feel very welcome. We had two ground floor rooms, one for two and the second for three adults and they were very clean and adequate for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was continental, coffees, juice, cereal, rolls, cheese spread and jam etc., but... more

We stayed 4 days in the villa, rented 2 double rooms, which were clean, nice and big enough. We had a wonderful time there! Breakfasts were served in a garden with roses. In general the position of the villa is perfect for visiting Venice, it's only 10 minutes by boat to St. Marco place, some minutes walk from the boat... more

We stayed for a couple of days in April. The hotel is in a quiet location but close to the shops and cafes of the Lido. The room ('Orchidea') was quite small but very clean and entirely satisfactory. The owners took the trouble to communicate before our stay by email and were very helpful with travel arrangements. While not particularly... more

This little B&B, located on the island of Lido, was a great bargain! Though low on amenities, it served its purpose as a place to collapse after a long, hot day of exploring Venice. Breakfast was included in the price although we never had any there because the patio was always "too full." We refused the offer of breakfast in... more

Good value and not far from Piazza San Marco, 10 min. walk + 15 min. (3 stops) by Vaporetto. Also good connections from/to the S.Lucia trian station, where we picked up a Venice card providing prepaid transport (buy on-line in advance). The card allowed us to vist multiple churches and soak in the wonderful atmosphere and art. Murano is well... more

We stayed four nights here. Located in Lido on a quiet, peaceful street just 5 minutes walk from the ferry port. The B&B has seven rooms in a lovely building. The room itself was a good size and very clean with a fridge and simple decor. Also had a good shower and a free safe. The breakfast is simple (bread,... more
