We stayed at Casa on the 17th October for 2 nights. The location of this hotel is very good because its 5/10 minutes walk to either the train station or the water~buses. The hotel itself is very clean and dust free apart from a couple of squashed mosquitoes on the wall. The breakfast was OK but to much pastries for my liking, however we... Our stay in this hotel was part of a package trip. I'm not sure of the price per night but, whatever it is, it is NOT worth it. My mother is in a wheelchair so, we stayed in room 110 which is the handicap room. The room reeked of urine! It was so bad we didn't want to walk across... More

Dear Traci, Our sincere apologize for the urine smell that you found in your room. Our staff clean every room every day, but obviously there is an issue on the WC and of course we will try to fix it. Anyway we would appreciate if the Guest could complaint these kind of matters directly here at reception. Kind regards More

The location of this hotel is almost perfect. You are only about 500m away from the Santa Lucia railway station and have only one (large) bridge to cross. It is almost next door to the People Mover which connects the cruise boat terminal and the Tronchetta car park with Piazzale Roma. This is also the bus stop for transport to/from... More

The Hotel is located in a very good spot; close to train station, water taxis and it is in a quiet lane with a lovely view of a canal if you are in one of the rooms at.Tue front of the hotel. Our room was neat and tidy, the air conditioning worked well and the WiFi was very fast. Only... More

If you're looking for a great value hotel, close to water transport, bus terminal and cruise port, Casa Sant'Andrea is ideal. Our room was clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. Breakfast was quite adequate and there were good places to eat within easy walking distance. Staff were helpful and happy to mind our luggage on the final day before... More

As we arrived by air and took the bus to Venice, and because we were leaving from the port on the Cunard Queen Elizabeth, we wanted a hotel near to both the piazza Roma and the port. Casa Sant'Andrea was perfect, as it was about 2 blocks from each. The room was simple but clean and spacious, and the free... More

If you are a first time visitor to Venice or going on a cruise this is an excellent location to stay. If you are coming in from the airport by bus it drops you 5 minutes from the hotel. Just follow the canal around and you can't miss it. If you come in by train you have a bit further... More

Quite ok, not much luxury but not bad at all. Friendly staff, free wi-fi. Lots of stairs. Breakfast wasn't very high quality one, but we didn't even expect so much so it was ok. Close to boats, train station and car rentals, walking distance from city center.

Clean and comfortable accommodation at a great location. The staff were very helpful and catered brilliantly for big groups. Good wi-fi connection. Suitable for all travellers. Would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable. Have stayed there previously and knew what to expect. The welcome was very friendly and the staff are courteous and helpful. Proximity to the people mover and Piazza Roma couldn't be better.
