So I booked this hotel online, and when we arrived there, they couldn't find our reservation...which is a bit terrifing when you just arrive in Italy. But I showed them my reservation, and the front desk called a nearby hotel, of comprable quality, and reserved a room for us at the same rate.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk attendant was terrific (Alex) -very friendly and willing to help out. The location is very central to the tourist area and while a little small very clean and tidy. Overall an excellent place for exploring Venice -close to the bus, cruise port and tourist attractions.
