Small and familiar hotel with about 18 rooms in an old palazzo in perfect walking distance to all important sights. Some rooms are in the dependance, which is just around the corner, most of the rooms are in the main building. We stayed in the junior suite (no 5) which was very spacious, with high ceilings and 3 windows, one... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in early December. I second everyone's comments about the location, the rooms and the staff. I loved watching the canal traffic from our window, and the breakfast buffet was very nice. It was also super clean. We walked everywhere - except when we took the water bus, which was very convenient to the b&b.... More

My boyfriend and I were very pleased with this hotel. It was exactly what we were hoping for. A bit of an upgrade to what we normally stay but it was worth the extra few Euros. Friendly staff. Huge clean, nearly luxurious rooms. Unique decor. Adequate breakfast buffet. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Palazzo Guardi. We booked a standard room for our two-night stay, which was lovely. Eating breakfast after the first night, the employee on duty called us over and said the family staying in the terrace suite was checking out early, and he offered us the suite for our second night at no additional... The staff at the hotel are very nice and very helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean and breakfast is good. I've stayed in some terribly noisy locations in Venice, so I appreciate that my rooms have always been very quiet in this hotel. It's my third time in this hotel, and I choose it because it is... The Dorsoduro is, without doubt, the best area in Venice to stay. Quiet, secret & off the beaten track. This perfect little Hotel was absolutely ideal; our excellently appointed room was in the annex, not a problem. Just around the corner from the main Hotel. Our room was spotless, comfortable, well equipped & with a canal view. Our breakfast was... More

Once again our recent stay at Palazzo Guardi was wonderful. Irene took great care of us at check-in as we arrived a bit early after getting off a ship. They had our favorite room reserved and ready for us. It was like coming back home. We have stayed here and in other places in Venice but none as great as... More

My husband surprised me with a 3 night visit to Venice and what a wonderful time we had. Palazzo Guardi is so close to the main attractions but in a quiet place that lets you find restaurants & wine bars which don't charge the tourist prices. We ate in restaurant Taverna San Travaso for our 3 nights in Venice, as... More

My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Guardi. Although located in a very small street, it was easy to find and very centrally located. The staff was very friendly and gave a lot of tips on Venice. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel itself was very quiet. Very much recommended if you are in Venice for... More
