We chose this b&b both for the location away from the busyness of the central areas and for the modest price. Roberto and the b&b family were welcoming and always pleasant and helpful. Our room was a good size, and the ensuite though small was spotless. Clean bedding and towels were provided regularly. Breakfast was continental and on a self... More

A place like B&B Venezia isn't what you could find by high rating or exaggerated reviews. It's quiet, cozy, comfy, just beside the beautiful park and people gathering around, chatting, jogging, playing soccer. It's not like a B&B but like home. Paolo and his mom were very nice people. The room is very clean and tidy, well decorated, though the... More

Stayed for two nights in this B&B. It was very nice. The room was quite large & comfortable. Breakfast was adequate - coffee, cereal, pastries, bread, cheese, meats, fruit and yoghurt. I found the location ideal after spending hours wandering around the centre of Venice. The walk along by the lagoon is very nice - lots of water traffic during... More

First off this is a B & B not a hotel , too many reviewers compare these places with hotels and their facilities which is unfair as they do not offer comparable services. The rooms in this one are not served by a lift so if that presents a problem then do not consider it. Our room was on the... More

My husband, mum-in-law and I stayed at this B&B for 6 nights over New Year and whilst we found Venice expensive, B&B Venezia was good value for money. The rooms were warm and comfortable with a small but adequate bathroom. Breakfast was available between 8 and 10 each morning and was on a self-service basis. The meat, cheese, fresh fruit,... More

Our room is the Laguna room which enjoys fabulous views and great facilities. The boss Roberto is very friendly and helpful and easy to reach as he also lives in the lovely yellow house. Roberto has good taste in the decoration which makes the living environment very pleasant. You also have easy access to the vaporato which is just a... More

We stayed at BBVenezia for three days and found Roberto to be a very charming host. On our arrival, he personally took us to three different restaurants, to help us get a table for lunch, as it was late and most places had stopped serving. We eventually got a table at the little bar across the road and had a... More

As long as you do not mind walking and stairs this place is a little gem. It is situated in a house approximately 20 minutes walking from San Marco square (but you can always go by waterbus, stop is about 2 mins walking from the place. Clean room (we had the private attic room) with aircon and wifi, private bathroom... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Bed and Breakfast Venezia is located in the most verdant discrict of Venice, an island of unspoiled serenity on the eastern shore of the city's fabled lagoon. Its most delight feature, however, may be the dreamlike vision of ancient Venice shimmering across the lagoon, especially as the sun sets behind the tower of San Marco and the great dome of Santa Maria della Salute. ... more   less
