If you are looking to enjoy Venice and don't want to overspend on Hotels, this is the perfect place. Roberto will take care of you better than any Hotel. The rooms are great, bathrooms are great. The location is a 15 min walk from S.Marco square - a beautiful walk in the morning and evening. Make sure you enjoy beautiful... more

We had a great experience staying at the B&B Venezia. It is a small and charming family run hotel in the quiet Santa Elena neighborhood, a 20 minute walk from San Marco square. It was the perfect location for us since we were in town to attend the Venice Biennale, as it is just steps away from the Giardini park... more

My husband and I spend three nights at this spotlessly clean b & b and thoroughly enjoyed Venice. Roberto provided directions from the airport via bus and then vaporetto which gave us a wonderful first view of this amazing city. Sant Elena was a lovely quiet area, about a 20 minute walk along the waterfront into St Marks Square and... more

This is a wonderful place. Clean, friendly and private. We enjoyed everything about it. We took the vaporetto #1 through the grand canal to get there and it was a one minute walk to the B&B from the landing. In the evening we would sit near the water and watch the beautiful sunset over the city with the park behind... more

I specifically chose the B&B Venezia as it is away from the normal tourist crowds and more or less next to the Giardini where the Venice Biennale Contemporary Art event is centred until this November which I wanted to visit. I had planned to stay at a hotel in Via Garibaldi where I had stayed a few times before. But... more

I'd recommend this B&B for everyone in Venice. The location is a bit away from the main tourist attractions, but you can reach them by Vaporetto or by foot in about 15min of a pleasant walking. We've stayed one night in the Attic room and 3 nights in the Superior room. The first is charming, however the second is lighter... more

Staying in St Elena is not at ALL like staying in the other areas on Venice Island. The rest of Venice is packed with sights and restaurants and TOURISTS! St Elena is the green neighborhood of locals with parks and trees and families out for a stroll. We LOVE this area! Yet it's an easy stroll or vaporetto ride to... more

Three of us girls had 4 nights here and loved the fact that we were in a residential area, no hotels in sight! Roberto and his parents own the villa and a whole floor is dedicated to a handful of guest rooms. There is a dedicated guest kitchen with seating for a generous breakfast (help yourself to provisions) and free... more

Planned long before we travelled to Venice we got that hint from Trip Advisor. We contacted Roberto by mail and everything went very well. Quick responses und exact informations. Even an extend of or booking was no problem - one person more was possible without any problems. The B&B it self was like written in lots of posts before: very... more

We found this B&B on TripAdvisor and were very happy with our choice. Even before we arrived, I contacted Roberto with some concerns about getting to the Venice airport for a 6:30 am flight, and he responded, assuring me that I would be able to make the flight and telling me exactly which vaporettos and buses I would need to... more
