In part of our honeymoon we stayed two nights in this hotel. Hotel located in a really peacefull area, which was nice as in Venice there are so many tourists and lot of places are so crowded. Hotel was clean and comfortable, welcoming drink were nice bonus. Staff was really friendly and helpfull, they made as feel really welcome there.... More

Truth be told, the hotel per se was not that bad (apart from the broken shower wall & paper thin covers). However, I would stay again or recommend due to the area being perhaps Venice's most run down, deserted and of shady character. We are convinced we heard a gunshot on Saturday night. Close to Jewish Ghetto and San Alvise... More

We stayed at the Residenza Cannaregio in March 2014 and was bowled over by the charm and quaintness of this hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy and room in which we stayed was spread over two floors, beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of the area which they are more than willing to... More

I have stayed with this hotel before and this is my second time with them. As usual standard room, very helpful staff. If you need to get something, you need to walk for approx 8 - 10 mins to get to have breakfast/ dinner and shopping area (not central shopping area) Approx 15mins from the main train terminal to the... This hotel was well situated in Venice with little restaurants and shops located close by. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the outside seating area a nice place to relax in the evening. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. The staff weren't particularly welcoming but we found that generally the way with the locals. (We must... More

We really liked this hotel - it was clean, modern, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. However, do not use Google maps to get walking directions - you'll never get there! Buy a good street map of Venice and you'll get there from the train station in about 15 minutes. Our room was a two-story family room overlooking the canal.... More

We were traveling with our two sons 21 & 23 and shared a wonderful room with a sofa sleeper and lofted area that gave us some privacy. The breakfast was the best we had during our 14 day stay in Italy (eggs and fresh fruit). The staff we quite nice and helpful. There is a lovely courtyard and a full... More

We booked this hotel last minute and stayed for 4 nights. The total cost came to 380 GBP and we considered this to be good value. The hotel is located in a quiet corner of Venice near the Jewish Ghetto area. (Canagreggio district) It has a very local feel to it and is surrounded by residential properties with plenty of... More

This hotel should have been charming and was advertised as a "modern luxurious residenza in a quiet corner of Venice." However, the rooms were cramped, and poorly lit, the bed like a rock, same with the pillows. The staff did not seem to care that the air conditioning was broken (the temp outside was 95F ) - it had just... More

A nicely renovated older building, it makes for a pleasant stay. The rooms are not great, but nice. The A/C was not controllable and caused us a problem. The bathroom vent did not work and they could not repair it in two nights. The staff were warm and caring.
