My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of November. The hotel is well located between St Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge. We took the Alilaguna from Marco Polo Airport and got off at the San Marco stop. We found the Hotel quite easily. Walk through the square towards the clock tower, which is straight ahead... More

We booked 2 twin rooms for a girlie weekend in venice and none of us were disappointed. We were overwhelmed with the rooms allocated as both were large in size and had excellent facilities (odd hair dryer but once mastered works a treat). Staff were friendly throughout our stay and could not do enough for us. Ideally located close to... More

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas for a week. Very elegant hotel in the centre of Venice, not to far from the water taxis, Christmas is a good time to go, as there are few tourists and all the museums/amenities/ restaurants are open, contrary to comments in the guides! Extremely pleasant and relaxing visit. Recommend you have GPS activated... More

This hotel truly is a hidden gem. It is difficult to find, even with directions written. But when you do find it, it is charming, in a great location and the staff are wonderful. I had lost a bag on the water bus and the staff did all they could by calling daily to the depot and giving advice as... More

Venice is unlike an other city in many ways. Food, beauty, and... the difficulty of selecting a hotel. There are no cars, over 400 bridges, stairways, and hundreds of alleys that qualify you as an expert traveler if you can find your hotel the first time. And don't forget that you'll need to roll you lugage from airport, to boat,... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days after a cruise. It was perfect. The room was large clean and comfortable. We stayed on the first floor, room 4. It overlooked the canal on side of building. We enjoyed looking at the gondolas. It was a quiet room. The breakfast consisted of rolls, croissants, cake, meats and cheese, cereal,... More

After a shaky start we had a great stay. The first room didn't have a 'canal or typical Italian square view' as stated on the booking form. We negotiated a change of room ... and from here on everything was great. Makes me wonder what the criteria of a superior room is! Hotel is in good location, clean, helpful staff.

We enjoyed a week-long stay at this lovely hotel located a short walk from St.Mark's Square and adjacent to a canal. Room was decorated with Venetian fabric wall covering. Continental breakfast was available in several rooms, each of which felt quite private. Our only negative is the absence of direction upon arrival. The front desk can be located on either... More

Excellent stay, beautiful clean room. Enjoyed the nice assortment of breakfast foods, especially the lovely cappuccino. Staff very helpful, courteous & professional. Location was excellent for shopping & sites - recommend water taxi to train station (20 mins. as opposed to 40 mins. by public waterline). $65 Euro but our driver was wonderful, we felt like we were given a...
