We had three nights in this hotel which was conveniently located in a quiet square close to Vaporetta No.1 landing and only 5 mins or so walk to St. Marks and Rialto. Hotel room and bathroom were small but had everything one needed although there was a musty smell. The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Would... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as our first location on first trip to Italy and loved everything about it! The Alilaguna Orange line which comes directly from the airport and down the Grand Canal stops at San Giglio from there it was just a few steps to the hotel- no bridges or stairs- could not have been easier! We arrived... More

The room doesn't look like the pictures at all. The sink didn't work in the room. Walls are thin, you hear every door opening, every sound. The showers are so so, sometimes no hot water. Shared showers would take forever to get it. The young lady and indian man were very kind. The older women was money hungry and very... More

Booked this hotel through the NordicWalk Venice Admin team as we were to be in Venice for 4 nights for this event. The details of our card were taken as confirmation of booking. We had also booked a couple of nights in another hotel in Florence, a trip on the Italotrain from Venice to Florence and then, obviously, flights from... More

This place pretty much ruined my Italian holiday experience, Venice is a beautiful place, but this hotel is small, cramped, musty, noisy (no sound insulation between rooms) and not all the rooms are ensuite. We would not recommend staying here, for well over 120 euro a night it was disappointing.

Dear Customer, we thank you very much for being at our Hotel we are very sorry if we've ruined your holiday but it was not our intention. Fantastic service! On arrival, we were given a map with the main attractions on it. We were also recommended a few places to eat. The room was comfortable. Good location as well, next to one of the water bus stops.

I've spent 3 nights in the hotel. Room wasn't too big but quite enough with classic decoration on it. It was clean same as my own bathroom and queen bed was very comfy. Location is perfect. Only thing the walls are thin so you can hear everything happens around you but before midnight no noise at all. Staff friendly and... More

First off, I just want to say that I am not picky when it comes to hotels as long as it it clean (no bed bugs). Location: to get to any hotel in Venice. You need to take a boat (Aguliana 15 euro one way). Our stop was Giglio and was only 5 min walking from the docks. I'd say... More

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and booked this hotel because we are on a budget and it's central location. We got a room with a sink but knew we would have to share the bathrooms. There was only one working shower available, so it was busy all the time in the mornings and the shower door was... More

We stayed in room 25 of the Residenza part of the hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. We had our own private bathroom and although we were next to the dining room there was no sound at all from the people having breakfast. The breakfast was typical continental with coffee, juice, yoghourt, fruit and... More
