I booked this through the kiosk to the left of the train station and was told $60 euro for first night and €50 for second night.I stated only one night as I was given a noisy room above reception with air con that didn't really work and was very noisy and I was bitten around 20 times by mosquitoes-the tiny... This was our chosen hotel for a 4 night stay in Venice. It is in the Cannaregio district of Venice, about a 15 minute walk from the Rialto, and very close to the old Jewish quarter, the original and fascinating Ghetto. The hotel is tucked away in a courtyard, just off the main walkway, which was bustling with shops, bars... More

Just returned from 4 days in Venice staying at Hotel Eden. The staff were very helpful and friendly and more than made up for the small ish double room. Mini bar in room, air con & Tv (although no programmes in English!) private bathroom but no en-suite. Would definitely stay there again. Very well positioned in the Cannareggio district close... Just back from Cruise but spent 2 days in Venice staying at the Eden. It is charming, yes small, yes needs updating but the lovely man on reception with his welcome and friendly help far outweighs any shortcomings. We found it easy to find from the hotel's website, ideally located to wander to all areas and Grand Canal. We had... More

September 2013 - our first time in Venice and my sister and I stayed here for 2 nights. We walked from the train station and found it very easily - just down a little street off the main thoroughfare. Our room was compact but adequate with a (small) view over the canal. A pleasant suprise was the mini-bar, which we... More
