Lovely hotel right beside the arches to Piazza san Marco. Breakfast down the street at the opulent Hotel Monaco was a treat - right on the canal. The pillows were a bit of an afterthought. What a great hotel! We were booked here through a group tour so we did not have high exepectations. The hotel is literally around the corner from St. Marks!!! You can walk everywhere from here. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by. Some rooms are MUCH larger than others, but they were all very nice with big bathrooms.... more
