Pleasant hotel just off the waterfront two bridges (both with ramps) from Arsenale vaporetto, one bridge from water taxi stop. Breakfast includes decent coffee and fruit juice and a view of the lagoon.

Lovely little hotel, nice comfortable rooms, decent selection at breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff, and best of all fantastic location on the water front, walking distance to all main attractions. If you walk left out of the hotel there are also handy local amenities such as a supermarket, cash point and a great little bakery and sweet shop. Don't hesitate... More

Small 14 bedroomed hotel has everything that you need, we stayed in a room overlooking the lagoon had a TV sofa mini bar prices on par with everything else in Venice bedding lovely, warm but extra blankets if needed. Bathroom was very clean, small but everything you need including a bide shower gel, body cream, hairdrier and the towels were... More

We've been there with my husband for 4 nights at Christmas and our honeymoon. Very nice location on the main embankment of Grand Channel! 15min walk straight to San Marco square and other main places of interests. For the first day we’ve received the complimentary bottle of sparkle wine as we are just married! We were happy). The standard room... More

I just stayed here right before Christmas. Two of the 3 front desk people were so lovely and helpful. One was quite rude and abrupt. The rooms are quite outdated and the shower was bizarre -- like at some point it was supposed to be a standing jacuzzi tub from the 80s. The bathroom wasn't great. The toilet seat and... More

A great find. Approx 15 minute walk from St Mark's Square. 3 minutes from nearest Vaparetto stop (Arsenale). Welcoming and helpful concierge, really good breakfast selection and good information available. We upgraded to Superior room which gave us a stunning view towards the Lido. Very comfortable beds. Only problem was the inability to turn off the heating in the bathroom.... More

The location of this Hotel is perfect for exploring Venice. Please book a room with a Lagoon view. We spent endless hours looking out of "Probably the Best View in the... More

We picked this hotel for our Venice stay based upon trip advisor ratings. We were so happy we did! It is a ten minute walk down the lagoon from St. Mark's but, with each of the seven little bridges you cross on that journey, the crowds thin out more and more until you end up on a lovely little street... Stayed here for 3 nights in October 14. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Smallish room but very clean and in typical Venetian style. We were in room 401 and the only downside was that there was no view. We looked out over a side canal to a white wall! Quite liked the area, several restaurants and bars nearby and handy... More
