much the same as the other review. .great location..rooms are typical tourist size...small..aiecon in Italy. ...doesn't happen. but we're here for venice nit the room comforts. that said. .this is the first hotel with a semi real shower....no a hand held thing in a bath tub with a shower screen.

We stayed here for two nights in March. We loved the location, it was very clean and comfortable. This hotel is really quaint and breakfast was good as well. Would definitely stay here again. We cannot believe our luck with this little gem!!

We got there late and the concierge put us into the apartment at the top of the Villa. The flat was massive, with a kitchen, foyer, dinning room, living room and a huge bedroom!
