We visited Venice for New Year and due to a change of flight had to stay an extra night. The hotel we originally booked in to couldn't extend our stay by one night but we were able to book into this one. We had stayed here before in 2011 and had been very satisfied with it then. We were disappointed... More

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and I must say it was quite an experience , helpful staffs, great buffet breakfast and few mins walk to Saint Marks Square. Very impressed with this accomodation and would definitely recommend it to families with young children. My kids were happy and would like to return here in the future !!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English thankfully as I struggle being understood in Italian. the accommodation was ideal for my wife and our 10+12 year old sons. the beds were very comfy and the rooms clean, massive powerful shower. good wifi. . Brilliant 2 night stay and undisturbed sleep. Breakfast very low key and unfussy,... More

Right on small canal (you walk across a picturesque bridge to front door), the hotel is 5 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square & the nearest vaporetto stop. Room decor seemed elegant Venetian of a bygone era but with all the modern amenities. A bit hard to find at first but worth it! Free Wifi would have been nice.

We booked a quad room for the family but were upgraded free of charge to a suite - perhaps one of the lucky breaks on our trip. The suite being two adjoining rooms (one with couch bed for the kids) was decorated in old Venetian furniture and curtaining - it was outstanding! The bathroom was exceptionally small though - the... First of all the staff were very friendly and helped us organise a trip. We paid a little bit more money for the superior room which was worth every penny. Spacious room with nice clean bathroom. The hotel is located perfectly close to all main attractions and resturants.

We were accomodated in an old building door-by-door with the hotel. The room (quadruple) was big but dark, the TV set did not work properly and the WiFi connection requested an extra charge; additionally the smell in this olod building entrance was terrible... breakfast was ok despite the 2.5€ extra charge for scrambled eggs... I would recommend it because of... More
