the front desk staff, the concierage, and the manager are very rude.people at the reception desk themselves escorted each guest to their rooms causing us to wait more then 30 min. Their housekeeping boss (i think her name was Raffaela) was the rudest person i have ever met in my life.

We chose this place in order to be relaxed throughout our stay. There was lots of space, the bedroom was comfortable and the whole place was very quiet, as expected. Staff was attentive and service was good. As the hotel is in a small island the way to reach it is via a shuttle (boat) to St. Marcus Square.
