We booked the Villa Casanova after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. We weren't disappointed. We stayed for 5 wonderful nights at the villa. We booked a romantic room with four poster bed, and a double superior room. We cannot fault the bedrooms at all. Lido (Italian for Beach) is an island about a 12 minute vaparetto ride from St. Marks square. The vaparetto leaves every 5 minutes.
