Fantastic location.. Very small rooms- like pigeon holes.. Indifferent staff... Overall OK kind of hotel. Just a few paces from St Marks square and Rialto.. Be prepared for a 'cold' breakfast as you can't even toast the bread and the spread is limited.

Three-star hotel close to San Marco square. It's well furnished and value for money: my room was very small but comfortable, with a clean bathroom. Breakfast was included and very good for Italian standards. The only thing is that the reception team could be more welcoming and listen more. The hotel should also have a room to keep the bags... A gorgeous little boutique hotel right in the heart of Venice just outside St Mark's Square. Although it was difficult to find, we had some fun finding it and eventually was directed by locals! Although small, it was homely and warm during the winter months and beautifully decorated. A great selection of food at breakfast offering pastries, cold meats and... More

Small room (to be expected) and even smaller bathroom! The bed was fine, the room and bathroom could do with some hooks as there was limited storage, but this was fine for a weekend getaway. Fantastic location and nice staff went a long way. Compared to Venetian standards this hotel is really good value for money!

I arrived to be told that my room had a "bathroom problem" . They sent me to another hotel by directions only. When I came back for my second night I was put in a room the size of a large closet. It had a portable air conditioner which was noisy and the room was very stuffy. When I checked... More

We stayed here in late August, my wife had found this hotel and to be honest for the price and the different comments on here we weren't expecting very much. But we were very wrong, it's a beautiful hotel, rooms were a decent size for being in the middle of the city, bed was comfortable, breakfast was lovely. it's not... More

Hello everyone, I usually don't write reviews but in this exceptional case, I would like to share my feedback about a very unpleasant encounter with Naomi Hotel, represented by staff who called himself “Mike” in which I do not recommend this property to anyone who cares for their time in vacation. I am an active traveler, living in the UAE... More

I've been to Venice twice in the past two years. The first time I stayed in a little B&B in the residential area and the second time in central Venice. Noemi is situated between st marks square and the Rialto bridge. Would definitely recommend noemi due to its location as its so easy to get lost in Venice. Ok, the... More

** POSITIVES – Easy to find and cross only 1 bridge with your luggage. Location is minutes from St Marks Square and other areas. Room 101 was on the first floor, double glazed (didn’t feel noise was an issue), very clean, well decorated in traditional style (fancy silky flowery drapes on walls which looked like paper but isn't) with wooden... Staying in San Marco

Neighborhood Profile
San Marco
The most famous sestiere (district) in Venice has one of the world's most famous squares, St. Mark's (Piazza San Marco). Anchored on one end by the basilica, clustered around it are restaurants, museums, shops, orchestras playing in the square, pigeons, the grand pink Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the soaring campanile bell tower, an astrological clock tower, plus gorgeous cafes and restaurants like Florian and Quadri. Piazza San Marco is beloved by Venetians themselves. They book a table anytime, which offers a buffer from the fray. This grand outdoor drawing room attracts Venetians for a stroll too, especially late in the afternoon when the hoards of daytrippers thin out. It's simply a grand place to meet.
