50 mtrs fron San Marco square, fantastic position. Room was quite small but adequate, as you would expect in Venice. It was nice and clean, the bathroom was also ok with some nice toilettries. Great view of the tower in San Marco square from the window so no complaints there. We managed to get an offer for this hotel which... more

I stayed here in January for a business trip. as a single person, my room was small, but I think this is usual in central venice. The location is amazing, just a few hundred metres from St Marks Square - I paid £80 per room per night B+B which is not bad, but January is the lowest seaosn there is... more

We stayed at this hotel post cruise. After the reviews I had read I was very much surprised. It was a delightful experience. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. Continential breakfast was delicious. We were very early for check in and were offered breakfast the first day even though we were... more

Sorry to say that we only stayed one evening at this delightful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the atmoshere was warm and comfortable. The rooms were a bit larger than expected. The location was good for shopping and dining and was about a 10-12 minute walk to the water taxis. I must say that the complimentry continental... more

Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel and got a cheap deal as there was refurb work going on at the time. Otherwise there would have been no chance we could've afforded such a fantastiv location. Within a 2 minute walk to St Marks Sq. it was ideal. The hotel is very much in the style of Venice - very... more

I booked Casa Verardo online at HotelClub, but when I arrived they did not have a room for me, so I had to look for another one. I found Royal San Marco at night, checked in at 10pm. They gave me a double for single use for 300 euros a night. To get in I had to cross St.Mark´s Square,... more

Basic Venitian style hotel, rooms are small and a little "gaudy" but the lobby it very nice, staff was very helpful and the location, I can't say enough about the location! I think I may have been able to hit San Marco with a rock. Seriously I counted and it was less than 50 steps into the square. Our room... more

A superbly well positioned hotel, with very helpful and welcoming staff, just ignore the fact that the rooms are a liitle small. That is of no importance in a city like Venice! Only 2 minutes walk from the main square, this hotel just made our stay. more

Room 105 was the tiniest room I have ever stayed in. Even the bathroom was meant for mini-me. In addition, it looked over a noisy street and bar and we were unable to fall asleep until the late hours of the night being kept up by the incessant noise. The shower was downright dangerous with temperatures varying from warm to... more
