Our room was 403 and when we opened the door we thought we had been given the broom cupboard by mistake or we were on Candid Camera. It was so small there was no room for our luggage, there was a very small bed pushed up against the wall that was supposed to be meant for two. The bathroom was... More

We were pleasantly surprised with this roomy hotel along the canals and very close to San Marcos Square. The room had a living quarter with a couch & table, a bedroom, and a large bathroom. This was our first hotel during our Italy honeymoon and was rated at only 3 stars. However, compared to our other 4 star hotels, this... More

We had a wonderful suite with a view down a small canal. The suite was very spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was more than adequate and certainly plenty of it. You are two minutes from Piazza San Marco and close to plenty of restaurants and plenty of gelato !!! There is shopping galore and window shopping and people watching... More

I booked a suite here expecting a langer than normal room, with a canal view. What we actually received was a two bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking a canal! I only slightly more than I would have for a regular room, so I was thrilled with the hotel. You are in San Marco piazza in less than 2 minutes and... More

Probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! Staff VERY VERY Rude, not helpful or respectful. Hotel room full of mould. Decor disgusting, nothing like the pictures on their website. For the price we paid expected a lot more. This hotel in our opinion would be lucky to even rate as a one star hotel. Rooms are small, cramped... More

Let me start with a positive, excellent location. Our experience here was negative from start to finish. We booked a suite and were given a room so small we could not open our bags. I asked if this was a suite and we were grudgingly moved into a room only slightly larger (1 bag open at a time). There was... More

We had a really lovely room which had some extra room just inside the door to keep luggage. Nicely decorated and overlooking a canal. TV didn't work, bathroom good size. Wifi didn't work anywhere in the hotel. The reception staff were helpful and the location was fantastic, would definitely stay there again. Our friends room was much smaller and nowhere... More

We arrived at 11.30pm & were given a key to our room 601, it was dirty with marks & stains all over the walls, the room was box size with two singles pushed together, then pushed up to the window so was unable to open or close curtains, the bathroom was old, dirty & tired with bad mould Inbetween tiles. The... More

A little hard to find but, by far, easier than most any hotel not located on the canal. Map it before you go and you will not have any problem. The hotel itself, common areas were clean and orderly. The staff were very helpful, polite and responsive. Maids do a very good job. Restaurant staff were equally efficient. The room... More

The service was great. The hotel had a good security present. We ended up in a suite overlooking a small courtyard. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked. They served a very good breakfast buffet style. Although the room was outdated, it was clean and comfortable and we would go back again.
