Great hotel just off the Grand Canal. Our room looked right onto a small canal. Friendly, helpful staff. We didn't try the breakfast, we were too busy exploring the amazing sights close to this awesomely located hotel.

The hotel is very well located! Easy access to the vaporettos and the transportation to/from the airport and also a walking distance to the main attractions in Venice! The hotel is very confortable and with a great breakfast! This is a very nice choice!!

We stayed here for four days. Very close to Saint Marks square and has access for water taxis. On arrival we where upgraded free of charge to a quaint apartment on the top level. Amazing hotel for value. Great rooms very good staff and amazing location. Will defiantly stay again. The Bar is great for drinks and cocktails. The breakfast is great to. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great value and location Hotel.

The hotel is clean, the rooms have a good space, the only bad thing is that you are on the end of the hotel is like a maze, the elevator is small, they have breakfast included, is close to one batobus station and close to St. Marcus place. And the person at the front desk is not to friendly.
