I enjoyed my 2 nights at Casa Querini in August. It is located just a few block from Piazza S. Marco but it isn't as costly as you may think. Bed (2 doubles pushed together) was ok and the room was clean. The breakfast was nice and you could even eat outside in the small (but vacant of people) piazza. more

This small hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the San Zaccharia vaporetto stop, and about 3 minutes from Piazza San Marco. It is quiet, with good sized rooms (we had about 2 or 3 feet on all sides of our double bed- huge for Venice!) and an nice bathroom. But best of all, it had fantastic air... more

These charming ladies have done a very good job in starting up this small perfecly located hotel. It is at 1 minute from San Marco, very close to some very good restaurants for all budgets. The breakfast is very good. The rooms big enough and with all necessary comfort. more

I stayed with my daughter here over 5 nights, and yes the surrounding (small) square is not very inspiring, but the people who work here and its location more than make up for it. Lovely room. This was my second stay at Locanda Casa Querini. Both times I had a charming beautifully decorated room. The staff is exceptionally warm and helpful. They don't have an elevator, yet someone took my suitcase upstairs and refused a tip. The location is perfect. In my opinion, there is nothing not to like and I hope to come back. more
