The hotel has a good location being just a very short walk from the Bus / train station. The check-in area was good, and we received a fairly nice welcome by the staff. Hotel was in a fabulous location, steps away from the train station! Hotel is small....all the hotels in Italy are small, get used to it! The hotel staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast room was VERY crowded, and some mornings you may have to wait a 1/2 before even being seated. Not really worth the wait, unless you absolutely need... more
