I stayed 1 night in room 9, single room with double bed - EUR77.46 on 28 July 13 booked on Venere.com. It was perfectly clean and fine for 1 night as a late arrival. A fairly easy walk from the ATVO bus station at Piazzale Roma - albeit the huge bridge linking Piazzale Roma and Fondamenta Santa Lucia has steps!!... More

We are very sorry you felt like “staying in a cage and depressed” in your room nr. 9 even if it was “perfectly cleaned, air conditioner worked well, a good water pressure shower, the La Lista Bistro was fine”, the Reception was open until midnight (and anyway until any time you should have checked in) . We are sorry too... More

Only 5 mins walk from train station is the main reason why we pick this hotel as we don't wanna travel on ferry with our luggage. Staffs are friendly. The room is a very basic one, a bit old style and with some "wood" smell. Wifi seems not an unlimited one as the reception asked us how long we want... More

We stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased with the location. It was very simple, Staff were somewhat helpful and you only received the first 2 hours of wifi free, the rest you had to pay. I would say this Is a good place if your're looking for something cheap but will not spend much time in the Hotel.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at the adriatico, I chose it mainly for the location, I got the coach from the airport which drops you off in piazzle roma, cross over the ponte della costituzione (a big modern bridge you can't miss) + just keep going, you'll pass the railway station + the hotel is on the... We stayed only 2 nights, but we found this quaint "little" hotel to be perfect for our needs. 2 x separate rooms!! Although bathroom Very skinny!! But Great Location within walking distance from the St Lucia train station on arrival & within walking distance to the Port shuttle on departure. The staff were very helpful & friendly & the breakfasts... More

The location of this hotel is good because its close to the train station and close to the main bridge to get out of Venice, if you stay anywhere else good luck lugging your luggage around the narrow streets of Venice! The hotel is clean and cozy! Although small, it was perfect! Air-conditioning! The breakfast was okay you only get... More

We stayed here for three nights. The owners are very friendly, it is scrupulously clean. We were given vouchers for breakfast at the little cafe next door, lovely latte, orange juice, bread and croissants. So convenient. Our room was tiny but all we needed. A little noisy with the windows open as it is on a busy pedestrian street, but... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Nice little hotel, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Only 5 minutes walk from the St. Lucia train station, very convenient. Definitely recommend this to others. The only down side is that their breakfast choice is rather limited: cereal, yoghurt, croissant, tea and coffee. The breakfast room is also a bit small. This isn't a big problem... More

This beautiful little hotel, located almost in the center of Venice, is a pearl. The service is perfect, the owners are so lovely. One minus is the breakfast, because they don't have enough tables for everybody. But anyway, you get one in 30 minutes. I loved the stay there and i would always get back to this place!
