directions to hotel from google took us right there but not the easiest to see due to very small frontage. Very good location to most places of interest, just a few minutes from Marco Square . Reception staff not friendly but cleaning staff went out of way to help us. Rooms very clean ,small but we only slept there so... More

We stayed here 2 nights. Room was over the top decorated, picture red and gold striped fabric on the walls, laminate floors. Toilet seat broken - how basic is that? Clean enough, reception staff appeared disinterested. Breakfast not worth mentioning. Hotel difficult to locate first time until you realize that from NW corner of St. Mark's Square, take the alleyway... More

The room was tiny, the hotel was tiny, breakfast was tiny...almost couldn't even find the hotel when we first arrived...but once we walked around in enough circles to know our surroundings the location wasn't bad at all. For the price, it wasn't bad but I would have rather spent more money and been more comfortable and relaxed.

Once we had managed to locate the hotel, with help from a local. We were welcomed cordially. No help was required for the cases, so cannot comment on assistance, or the lack of it.. The rooms are very good, considering that the hotel entrance is somewhat uninspiring. The staff were courteous and multi lingual. The hotel is situated pretty much... More

This hotel is in an excellent spot between San Marco and the Rialto. Rooms are very very small, no lift had to carry our suitcase up to the third floor asked for some help from the girl and man at reception they both said no ....and watched us struggle. Breakfast was very poor no selection at all. Loved the location... More

Just back from 4 night stay in this hotel. Very good location, difficult to find especially if the water taxi driver says "straight through the square and carry on"! Had a superior room on second floor, ensuite, air con, comfortable, very good for 2star, limited facilities but all staff friendly, would be happy to stay here again.

The big advantage- very well located. The staff was very rude and cold- they didn't even said hi at the arrival or even bother to look at you when you are talking to them. The room looks exactly like in the pictures, no air conditioning, dust all over, dirty windows. In the bathroom repairs needed to be done. In case... More
