What a little gem this hotel is. Two minutes from the Venice waterfront, five minutes from St Marks Square. It lies in a little street just off a smal piazza with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés. The hotel has bags of charm, the decorations are beautiful the staff were very friendly and helpful. Taking into account the city, this... More

My fiancé and I stayed here on recommendation from our Travel Consultant from Flight Centre as he had stayed here previously and it was apparently "fantastic". It was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in! We stayed in suite 6. Firstly. There was not elevator (which isn't a huge issue, unless you are staying on "Level 2") and there... More

Although the hotel is very close to St Marcus Square, don't fall for it! The pictures don't tell the reality. I stayed in a romm so small, with broken heating system, bad small and to finish, it was on the 3rd floor of an old house WITHOUT elevators! The breakfast room was the small reception, and I had to wait... More

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights 18th to 19th August 2014. Our room was small but clean. Although they had a note stating that towels are changed every 3 days, ours were changed daily. Breakfast was basic, with lovely cakes, and very nice cappuccino. Close to San Marc's Square!

I will not recommend this hotel, staff very unfriendly, steep stairs with no help and no elevator - photo attached.... rooms outdated, pillow as flat as a pancake, bathroom minute with no room to move.....,,,,,, room looking into another plastered wall... not a pleasant experience thus far, I'll have to still test breakfast, i arrived from SA at 01:41 to... Stayed here for 6 days! The staff where so polite and nice, they where also very helpful. The hotel is only small but that is what you would expect. Its on a really good strip with resturants and shops. A one annoyance was the take away shop opposite our room which stayed open till 7:00am so they made abit of... More

Me and newlywed husband stayed here for 2 nights. I knew that the room would be small, but it still took my breath away at how small it was. It was very beautiful though. The breakfast was very continental and plentiful. The location was a big thumbs up we loved it! Wish someone had told us about the town tax... More

Fortunately I only stayed in this hotel for 1 night and I had to share the bathroom with the staff who was suffering from diarrhea!!!! The smell was horrendous. I could not take a shower in that bathroom. Towels are changed each 3 days! Air conditioner did not work. Very noisy. I had to sleep with the lights on because... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night following our cruise, and what a lovely hotel it was. Really good value, excellent location 2 mins from st marks square, staff very helpful and friendly. We booked the 3 Islands tour with them and they were the same price as booking direct with the tour company, and Francesca called us a... More
