Great location as stated in previous reviews and quite good value compared to the rest of Venice. Rooms are just about alright. We had a triple that was more like a double. I can't believe that previous reviewers describe the reception staff as friendly. They did the absolute minimum and were always very surly!!! So no tip for those girls.... more
