This hotel is located on an island (Lido) that is definitely some distance away from the St Marks Square but it is well connected by the public (ie; cheap) vaporette. In fact, the hotel is just opp the main boat-stop. A great budget option..... and walking distance from the only beach in Venice! more

Booked through Venere.com. Loved the location on the Lido - right by the vaporetto, good food nearby, grocery store nearby, beach was 5 minutes walk, etc.. Large room with working A/C. Ensuite was in need cosmetic upgrade but worked OK. For the price this was a great choice. more
