Please fellow travellers do not stay at the Russott Hotel! I stayed at this hotel a part of an organised tour and unfortunately our experience with this hotel was far from good. Whilst eating dinner in the hotel restaurant on our first night in the hotel our room was robbed. It was not just one room that was robbed either,... more

If you are willing to take a short bus trip and walk/ferry to and from Venice then this is a great place to stay. Very helpful staff, large, clean and modern rooms and nice bar area all make for a pretty good hotel. The only negative for me was the location. Would recommend it none-the-less. more

We have stayed there for one night during our tour in Italy. Even though we reached very late at night we face no problem with the rooms. If i had to give points with the best level 10, i will seperate my bonus in the next levels: Clean Room: 10 Clean Hotel: 9 Breakfast (variety): 6 (Small buffet without serving... more

The room was marvelous. The stuff friendly enough and the prepaid suppper very interesting. The only minus was the breakfast(very very poor with bad quality for a 4 star hotel). If the breakfast was good enough tha grade would be a A+. more

== Arrival == This hotel is at the center of nothing. If you arrive Venice Mestre by train, you have to spend some 18 Euros to take a taxi. Of course there is a bus stop near the hotel (500 meters). The problem is, the bus no.5, which connects the airport, the hotel and the main island, doesn't go to... more

In my point of view, the advantage of the hotel is that it is out of the down town, but quite close to it. There is a shuttle bus, which departs to the central bus station of Venice every 30 minutes. From the window of the room we stayed we could see the city and a park. Our room was... more

We booked last minute through Expedia at a cost of £80 a night which we thought reasonable for a 'four star' hotel. We needed somewhere we could park our car for free and travel into Venice. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and I had high hopes. The double room we were given was right next to the lifts... more

We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please stay away from this hotel. Especially if you are from USA it is very hard to travel to and from this hotel. I stayed with my family of four here recently for 3 nights. It is in the middle of no where, if you don't have a car, you have to... more

We stayed here during a tour run by Kumuka. The hotel itself was quite fancy looking and the rooms were nice, but the bathrooms could do with a re-vamp. We were given a double room, which unfortunately stunk of smoke. We requested another room, and moved into a twin room. The single beds were the size of a queen bed,... more
