We booked this as part of a trip organised by a tour operator. The hotel was fine, but definitely felt more of a guest house. It has a space directly outside for a water taxi to pull up which was great and although it doesn't offer an evening meal, there is a small restaurant directly outside. Our room had exposed... More

This hotel is within easy access of the main tourist areas but is quiet and tranquil. Breakfast (which is very comprehensive) is served in a lovely courtyard. The room was comfortable and more than adequate as a triple - our son had a bedroom area to himself. Price was good for Venice and staff helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this charming hotel. Our room was very spacious comprising of a separate seating area. The staff were very friendly and polite. All areas were very clean. I would certainly recommend this great hotel.

The hotel is charming--a reasonable price for Venice, wonderful breakfast with all kinds of choices, and great location, because it is not in the very middle of everything but still very close to all of the main sightseeing hotspots. Here's what I was most grateful for: the map and the very clear directions about how to get there. Having spent... More

Lovely small hotel. Staff very helpful, beautiful setting for breakfast.Directly on the canal hotel organised a boat trip around Venice which was excellent. Best way to arrive at the hotel is by water taxi. Lovely quiet location 10minute stroll to all main sights.

I've stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for 2 nights. We are both students and don't have a lot of money. Over all, the hotel was decent but nothing special. Our room was clean and big but it had a very small window and was always kind of cold and moist. It was on the ground floor but felt... More

Breakfast in the peaceful, enclosed centre courtyard was the perfect way for our family of three to begin each of our days in Venice. The fourth chair at our table was occupied by Tommy, the resident feline. The hotel is just far enough off the main routes that it felt quiet and secluded. Even so, it was still an easy... More

Our family stayed here following a cruise and I'm so glad we found this hidden gem! It was reasonable price (for Venice), the location is just out of the way enough that it's quiet and the area shops / eateries are less touristy. Yet we were a reasonable walk away from Rialto and San Marco when needed. The hotel itself... More

This was our second visit to Venice, and we wanted a hotel that was a bit out of the way. This was a great place for our 5 nights, comfortable in every way. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the resident cat, Tommy, was so friendly and loved being around people. We booked a triple room, which had a... More

Just want to say thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our holiday special. Our room was fantastic, overlooking the courtyard (room 109) was big, clean and very cool thanks to the air con. Breakfast was a delight sitting in the courtyard every morning and plenty to eat, nothing was too much trouble and whatever we... More
