This hard to find hotel is in an excellent location. Staff was extremely helpful especially Julliette. The room was clean and bathroom was clean and adequate. We stayed at the annex around the corner. Breakfast was nice. Nice value for location.

We had a great stay in Venice at this hotel. It's very well situated. Within minutes of San Marco, shopping, cafés, excellent cicchetti bars and restaurants. The best part was the staff. They were extremely welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and possessed a great sense of humor and joie de vivre. The room was nice and the breakfast was adequate. The bed... More

Beautiful hotel, clean and accommodating. Raymondo was charming and helpful. Continental breakfast was help yourself and a good range. We stayed in a large family triple room. With a map it was easy to find from the Giglio stop and close to St. Marks Square. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was in the annexe and had a little terrace shared with the room next door; this was perfect for popping down to Bar Ducale for some takeaway and then eating back at the hotel. The room wasn't huge, but not as small as some rooms I've stayed in, and was... More

You can't really beat this hotel for it's location - you're right in the heart of San Marco and you'll be swept along by Venice literally the moment you step out of the hotel. The room was quiet, clean and well appointed. We particularly liked the offer (which we took up every morning) of having breakfast brought to our room... More

I was in the main building on the second floor. The woman behind the counter is fantastic great service, she organized our taxis and a trip to Murano. The location is amazing a five minute walk to San Marco through the designer shopping district or five minutes to the Academia bridge in the other direction. The breakfast area was a... More

Hotel assigned our room at Casa Moro which is has a very poor welcome experience. Walls not painted, stairs and hallway smell like mold, very poor lighting. Room was ok but the bathroom was old, and cabinet was rusty. In other hand the location could not be better. Please enhance the welcome sense to Casa Moro and you will be... More

The location was great about 5 min. walk to Saint Marko Square and about same to Rialto bridge. To catch water bus is about a 2 minute walk out of hotel to the left over one bridge towards Alla hotel and to the left down laneway. Bathroom very modern. Bedroom small and the bed was shocking very lumpy innerspring. Very... More
