It's in the heart of Venice, within walking distance of all the shops, main canal and St Mark's square (just 5 mins away). The central location is the main advantage. The room was quite tiny, barely enough for two and right next to the elevator - wasn't very well lit either. The main receptionist, an old, gregarious guy, is very... More

Located in San Marco, the center of Venice. Just short walk to the palace. The hotel situated in the small road between the branded shops and gondolas dock. Short walk to Alilaguna/ACTV (boat) of Giglio dock. Stayed for 3 nights and nicely we got calm bedroom with typical of venetian style decoration. Appreciated with the calm inside of our bedroom... On checkin we were told that we had been upgraded to a superior room! It had classic italian decor which was beautiful, the room was spacious, had air con and big bathroom. Our room was not located in the main building as had to walk to a separate building around the back, it was a little hidden but once we... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in the end of July 2014. We arrived at the airport of Venice and went into Venice using the Bus and the ships. The nearest and best reachable stations are the two stations on San Marco. After our arrival at San Marco we walked ca 10 Minutes to reach the hotel the... More

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! The room is beautiful. It took us a day to realize that there was a mini fridge bar in the desk (with good prices). Room 130 has a nice balcony overlooking the cute shopping street. The shower and bathroom are a little strange. There is no place to put things. There is... More

If you want to stay in the centre of Venice I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. Don't expect a lot of room but it is very clean and everything you need is there. Staff very friendly and gave us great recommendations for eating out. Well worth a visit.

We spent four days in Venice at the Hotel Torino and we loved it. The rooms are lovey with an old world feel. We we lucky enough to get a room with a balcony over looking the street. If you in to high end shopping this is hotel for you! Just beyond shops such as Gucci, Channel, and Ferragamo, is... More

We spent ten days in Italy in four different towns. This was our first experience in this country so our review is based solely on this trip. In general, this hotel was in a nice quiet location that was conveniently located. We did have a little trouble finding the hotel (mostly due to its lack of sign) so do recommend... More

Decent hotel... In a great location! Just a few minutes to San Marco square and just next to the grand canal. Perfect run along the river area. The lady at the reception is super friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel for a short 2-3days trip.
