The manager of this hotel was excellent - very friendly, kind and helpful. The location is ideal: very close to a Vaporetto stop (Giglio) and to St. Mark's Square, but the hotel is very quiet and nice. If you are a first time traveler to Venice, call the hotel in advance to get instructions on how to take the Vaporetto... more

Torino is only 5 mins from St Marks Square. We stayed in the main hotel so I cant comment on the annex but our room was very good on the 1st floor of the main hotel. All the staff were very helpful, and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. we found Venice was great but expensive more

The hotel was in perfect location close to all the attractions. We had room #130 and i would recommend it as it has it's own private balcony. If you don't mind the noise until 4 am I would suggest this room. Overall great stay, would come back to this hotel again. more

We had a great stay at the Hotel Torino. We stayed in the Annex Building, which was nice because we got the entire floor to ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was awesome! It was near St. Mark's Square and very easy to navigate to and from. The only complaint is our air conditioner was broken... more

Hotel Torino is just perfect, the best hotel I ever stayed in Venice. I stayed there during my 4th wedding anniversary and I must say It was my best anniversary ever. After my request I was given classic double no 122 (the blue one at the hotel's webpage pics). Room was perfect, even better than the pics show. Very comfotable,... more

I stayed at Hotel Torino in Venice one night on a Saturday in May 2009. You can reach the hotel in thirthy minutes from the Railway Station by walk or by "Vaporetto" (shipping on Canal Grande, a very nice journey in the centre of Venice"). The position is strategic because you are 300m far from San Marco, very close to... more

All I can say is FANTASTIC. We had a nice and clean room at the back of the main building with a little terrace. Good breakfast and nice staff. I love the young lady who works in the breakfast room with a long hair beacause she's always smiling and so symphatic. And she's so very friendly and helpful, very professional.... more

What a holiday. Venice is super beautifull and going back to the hotel after a full day of walking around was a pleasure. Staff were very polite. Rooms are on the small size but very clean. The breakfast area is also very small. Breakfast is continental and it keeps you going for hours. They also serve the most delicious cappuccino... more

My wife and I booked a 2 night package in Venice for £120.00 / p.p B&B through Thomas Cook, not expecting much from the hotel because of the price. How wrong could we be! The hotel was easy to find and is perfectly located a short walk from St Marks Square on a select shopping street. The hotel was beautifully... more
