We have just returned from a lovely 3 day break at Hotel Torino, Venice. After booking the hotel and reading the reviews on here I was actually dreading the holiday! When we arrived at the hotel we was greated by the hotel receptionist who was extremley polite and helpfull. He confirmed that we would be staying in the annex (which... More

Room booked very well in advance. Received small, dirty carpeted room suited for one person billed as a double. Lots of stairs, and slow elevator for 2 pers max. Mediocre and crowded breakfast. Cold bordering on rude service. More

We stayed in two rooms at Hotel Torino - a smaller room in what they call the Annexe (just a quick walk around the corner from the main hotel entrance). The room was very clean and included a king size canopy bed, tv, fridge, desk and a very good air conditioner - it was extremely hot while we were there... More

I bought a double room with breakfast at the Hotel Torino, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told to stay in the annex another building of inferior quality which is close to the hotel. The hotel employee said the problem always with the customers who bought from DECOLAR and that the hotel could not do anything since... More

Hotel shows signs of wear and the rooms could use a freshening up. Staff is quite helpful with suggestions, and made calls for me to help with our car rental arrangements. Good location being close to Piazza San Marco and the Grand Canal, but no views from the rooms. More

We have spent a weekend in June in this hotel. The hotel is centrally located in Venice which was quite practical. Our rooms were in an annex building. This is an old building that doesn't look like a hotel and is very much outdated in terms of comfort. Rooms were clean though. Basic comfort. Staff at the reception was friendly.... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and would highly recommend. Incredibly good value for Venice and as well as that a brilliant location just minutes from Rialto and St Marks. Our room (316) was in the main building and was just gorgeous. Decorated in typical Venetian style with beautiful furniture it was roomy and clean and we just loved... More

We stayed for 3 nights and everything went well despite what I have read from the reviews. We made sure our room was in the main building and it was so. The room was spacious, room decor was typical venetian and the bathroom was modern. We compared the room with another chain hotel nearby with a higher rate and we... More

I spent two nights with my wife in this awful and disgusting place. We arrived late in the night (01:00 am) with almost 60kg of luggage. At the moment of our checkin we were informed that the room is not in the hotel but in some kind of anex. That anex is a kind of old building placed in a... More

Just got back from a 2 night stay in Venice this morning. I stayed at Hotel Torino, although it was tricky to find (isn't everything in Venice?), this hotel was absolutely charming. Very well located with shopping, designer boutiques (Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Miu Miu etc) pretty canal, restaurants literally on the doorstep. We had a room in the annex, which... More
