Room booked very well in advance. Received small, dirty carpeted room suited for one person billed as a double. Lots of stairs, and slow elevator for 2 pers max. Mediocre and crowded breakfast. Cold bordering on rude service. More

Hotel shows signs of wear and the rooms could use a freshening up. Staff is quite helpful with suggestions, and made calls for me to help with our car rental arrangements. Good location being close to Piazza San Marco and the Grand Canal, but no views from the rooms. More
