this is a okay hotel despite it being a "four star". its quite far from the actual city. bus took 10-15 minutes which isnt bad room was clean until the bathroom. has a "shower deflector", hair on tile wall, little rust and hard flushing toilet button. it does have a US electric outlet whoch was nice to have. overall its... Our room was a surprise given the area and the lobby. The area was more industrial as we were driven through it by taxi from the terminal and then the lobby looks like it could use a renovation. Our room had the appearance it had recently been updated. It was clean, spacious and sleek. I appreciated that after a few... More

Stayed here for 2 nights before my cruise and i thought it was a brilliant locates hotel. I didn't want to pay the premium to stay on venice island so booked in here and it cost me 3 euros to get to the island aeach day then 7 euros for a water taxi, if you want a day pass it's... More

We were placed in this hotel as the hotel we should have been in had double booked us as part of a cruise package, The rooms were new and clean but the hotel is not near the centre of Mestre and required a long walk to get there,On arriving we found there were no drink making facilities in the room... It was obvious when we got there that the hotel had done some big renovations - our room looked brand new. Nice beds, comfortable enough, new tiled bathroom. Like all new builds there were some glitches - water leaks in the bathroom, and an electric distribution system with a mind of its own. I think it had been built by... More

It is located really close to the Venice. It takes 10 mins by bus to reach the city. The place is really quiet suburb, nice locals. The breakfast is fine. My apartment had a huge balcony, it was on top. I enjoyed the interior. Next time I will stay here for sure.

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It is clean and friendly and not far from the airport and Venice. We had absolutely no problems staying. The receptionist, bar staff and restaurant staff have all been very helpful in helping us with things like directions, maps, buses, breakfast and restaurant times to prompt service in the bar area. The... More

Stayed for a couple of nights in April and used this hotel as a base to visit Venice. It's ideally located and takes about 10-15 minutes to travel into Venice bus station (use bus no 12 which is a short walk through a couple of streets). The buses tend to be very packed typically like the London Tube in rush... More

Booked through BA. Got a lovely superior room, recently refurbished. Clean, laminate floor, vg bathroom. It's quiet and comfortable. Look, you don't come all this way for a full English breakfast. There's plenty of choice to fill yourself up. Turn right out of hotel door for bus 15 to airport, turn left out of the door and cut through the... More

There were clearly some renovations going on whilst we stayed there. Could hear drills at around 9AM (not that this fussed us as we were already up) and the whole lobby was covered in dust sheets on our final day due to decorators being in. That, admittedly, was a right pain because our flight didn't go until 10.20pm and when... More
