Good location. If you stay here - the closest spot from the airport, if you take a water bus is Rialto and not st. marks square as is on the website. If you stop at rialto there are no stairs to navigate with your luggage. Breakfast is decent, staff are cordial. more

This hotel has a great location. If you are arriving from the airport or Rome Square, take the "vaporeto" number 1 and you will be a couple of blocks away from the hotel with no steps to cross.
