It's a very nice hotel with a good price/quality ratio. The room was small but confortable and the bathroom was recently renovated. Stay here as part of a Globus tour. The bathroom shower was hand held, not wall mounted. There is no internet service. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. more

The rooms are clean and comfortable rather than spectacular. The reception staff were helpful Our flight to Rome was very early so it was imprtant to be close to Piazza roma to get the bus to the airport..... the capri was perfect in that respect. Horrible experience. I travel to Europe every summer and stay at a lot of hotels. This was my worst experience yet. We had 2 rooms at the Carlton Capri. My daughters stayed in one.
