Super place, big, clean comfortable, very quite when we were there. Great free breakfast and restaurant and supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. Easy 5 minute walk to station then a non stop train into Venice in 20 minutes - perfect. Minor downside when we were there - WiFi was broken - but we could find Internet access elsewhere.... more

In general: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service is outstanding. The area is very nice, safe and quiet and not so far from Venice by train after walking to the station. The room was wonderful and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the waitresses were nice and helpful. The front... more

Our stay was very pleasurable. Valintina Milani a member of the staff was very responsive to requests made prior to our trip and was excellent while we stayed at the Hotel. I would be happy to tell others about our stay. more

We visited the hotel as part of the Contiki tours and the location, in realtion to Venice, isn't that great... you have to take a train for about 30 mins to get near the city. We first switched rooms, b/c we didn't have hot water in the room at 5 pm. The next morning we didn't have hot water again.... more

We chose this hotel to give ourselves a good, economical place to stay the night before flying home from the Veneto. It more than fulfilled our demands. The rooms are decent-sized, as are the bathrooms. Everything is new and modern. A pretty good breakfast buffet is included in the price, and there's free parking. With our AAA discount we paid... more

We wanted a hotel in Venice but prices were outragous. Dont be put off by the outward appearance of the building. The staff is SO helpful. They were eager to answer our questions, print directions and make dinner suggestions. The rooms are large and clean. Actually nicer then I would have expected from a Holiday inn (sorry but I am... more

Stayed at this hotel during our trip to Venice. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was continental and included in the room rate but there was plenty of everything!! The lady at the reception was very helpful. Gave us directions on how to get to Venice. She provided us with a local map, directions to the... more

Cheap last min trip to Venice with two children stayed at the Holiday Express for a grand total of 168.00 for the 4 of us. The room was very clean and the bathroom lovely and spacious. Breakfast was included, self service, mainly from machines for juice and coffee. There were a selection of crossients, packaged cakes, several types of bread... more

we stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in July 2007 since we were looking for place with free car parking, near to a train station into Venice and was reasonably price. Overall its not bad - rooms clean, breakfast just about adequate. In terms of location, its about a 10-15 minute walk to the station or 2 minute drive... more

When I arrived in Quarto D' Altino I expected to be across the road from the railway station. then i realised I had booked the Holiday Inn Express, not the Holiday Inn Venice East (there is only a half mile or less between the two) Oh well...so we booked in to the express and I ended up more than happy.... more
