Lovely hotel in a great location right next to the train station & in the heart of Venice. After emailing in advance saying that I would propose in Venice, they offered me a free room upgrade with private balcony. Room was very Venetian in the decoration, with grand chandeliers and great paintings. Nice & friendly staff. The room was very... More

Overall Venice has a very strong smell, but they tried to cover it up at the Bellini Hotel. Whatever they used, I found more objectionable than the Venice smell. My bathroom had mildew, and the attachment to hold the shower head was broken (just a hole), so I had to hold it, and water got everywhere. There was no luggage... More

We spent four nights in this hotel . For me it is definitely not 4* standard. Staff always seems to be stressed and not too friendly. The location is very close to the railway-station and not to far from the center . The breakfast room is very small and it often gets very loud as there are lots and lots... More

The location of this hotel is excellent - Rooms very good and breakfast OK - We stayed here to celebrate a 50th birthday - Great location for restaurants and shops and a good and very pleasant walk to Saint Marks Square (about 20- 30 mins) - Got to the hotel by private river taxi - what a way to arrive... Beautiful classik Venetian hotel right accross from a Vaporetto stop and next to the train station. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room lit by Venetian glas chandeliers and there are hot and cold choises. Rooms are small but beautifully furnished, the bathrooms are totaly tiled with marble. Friendly, multy lingual staff. More

This hotel is situated right next to the train station and across from the Grand Canal. If you have never been to Venice before and are hauling luggage, this is an ideal spot to stay. The other nice thing is that there is a water bub stop right out front that connects to multiple routes. The hotel itself was quiet,... More

This hotel is just in a perfect location! To get there, you simply hop on a bus outside the airport and pay e5 for a 20 minute ride direct to Piazale Roma and a 5 minute walk over the bridge to the hotel. Alternatively, if you prefer, there is a waterbus station right outside. San Marco is a gorgeous 30... More

This is NOT your standard "near the train station" hotel. Just steps to the left of the station exit, it is beautifully appointed, quiet, elegant, and ON the Grand Canal. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside your door, but inside, a sanctuary. Helpful, English-speaking staff, lovely breakfast in classic Venetian splendor, elevator and easy access to both the train... More

Classy hotel, just outside the station in Venice. If you travel by train or if your place is at the Giudecca this property is in the perfect location for you Not close to San Marco, then. But it's just 10 minutes of an overdue walk and Venice is all beautiful. Wonderful courtains, right atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast and service. Bed, pillow... More

My only regret about my stay at this hotel is that I only stayed one night. Our hotel room and bathroom were very spacious. The hotel used to be a 17th century (I think?) palazzo. The hotel has done a great job in maintaining a palazzo-type atmosphere in the rooms. Our room had beautiful gold fabric wall paper with a... More
