Location is fine, room is very charming, clean but the bathrooms need more attention. The shower is tiny, you cannot avoid being hit by intermittently scolding hot water and ice cold water. The sink had a leak and the faucet squeals when the valve is open. After addressing the staff nothing was done to accommodate us. We won't be back.

The hotel is in a great spot just a few yards from the train station. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are on the small side however the decor is excellent and they are serviced daily.

The best part of the hotel was its location. Once you exit the train station, turn left and walk for about a minute or two. The breakfast spread was quite alright as was the ambience of the hotel. I would definitely suggest staying near the station if you're coming into Venice by train rather than having to drag one's luggage... More

Wonderful location. Very Safe. We made a booking through Hot Wire on 31st March. on arrival the hotel didn't have the booking confirmation. But they handled it very gently and nicely.
