I stayed at this hotel on a group tour so did not have a room choice. Our room was located on the first floor (one floor up from the ground floor). It was a small room with a high ceeling so it did not feel small. Like most hotels in Italy it did not have drawers for unpacking your suitcase.... More

We were looking for a nice hotel in venice for six nights after a cruise and wanted to stay on the island and away from the crowds. We found this hotel on the internet and it seemed to cover al our needs however when we checked trip advisor it was given mixed reviews. Our thoughts were that b if we... More

Have stayed at this hotel in July for three days. Our first room offered to us was overlooking the yard with a metal container. The reception did give us another room on the first floor with a view over buildings. This was fine. I was aware we did not pay for view over the Canal. However, on our first night... More

We are a group of eight with luggage for a 12 day cruise. We arranged for transport from airport to hotel, then again to cruise ship. Everything was fantastic....loved the meals, friendliness and rooms. Great place.

Everything was clean, updated & modern facilities. Bed was great, bathroom very adequate with huge shower stall & updated fixtures. Came with a tour group but treated like an individual by the very efficient lobby staff. Elevator was slow, but isn't every one in Europe?

We stayed 2 nights in Venice before boarding our MSC cruise. It's very close to the main train station and the docking terminal is within walking distance. There were three other couples that travelled in our group and two of those couples got pretty nice rooms with a balcony where as our room was extremely dated and all I got... More

This hotel is located next to the main train station stop coming into Venice and is also next to a water public transportation stop. Our room was tiny and the bed was hard as a rock! But the location is ideal and easy to access for tourists. Venice is short on space and an expensive place to visit thus I... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is conveniently located near the train station and water taxis on the grand canal. Our room was on the first floor, backing onto a small courtyard. It was quiet for sleeping. The wallpaper, furniture, and carpets were very tired looking, as was the bathtub! We had small fridge to store wine... More

Nice hotel. near the train and bus station and very close to the cruise ships. Beautiful chandelier in the lobby and clean rooms. Near the Jewish Ghetto area and a 40 min walk to st marks square. Internet only in the lobby . Would definitely stay here again. What a gem in venice and staff is very friendly and nice

This modest hotel, hardly merits its four star rating. Rooms are basic though spacious enough. Of greatest importance is its location near the train station, a five minute walk to the right of the station. Good for travelers on their way to other places. Also very near the central parking square where airport taxis leave their passengers. Location apart, I can't think... More
