I have stayed at The Grand Hotel Des Bains in Venice so many times I can't remember when was the first, but I'm telling you there is nowhere in the world so perfectly situated or so well cared for and I would never consider staying anywhere else unless I had to. Wonderful historical hotel, with large park and swimming pool. Awesome view on the 4th floor overlooking the expansive Lido. We had a very large room, minimally furnished, but with three large windows and large bathroom.
