Nice hotel on grand canal, but faraway from San Marco . Many good restaurants around. Beautiful view of grand canal,especially at night. Breakfast was typical continental with eggs, bacon, etc. Water taxi is 7 euros to San Marco .

When you first walk in and see the lobby, you think you are OK. Do not believe it...The hotel was hot, old, worn and the desk said there was no air because the filters were being cleaned. This place was awful, just awful, run run run way from this place.

What a mistake to book here! I didn't want drag our luggage through streets of Venice. This hotel deserves no star. Rooms are small and I am not sure what style are decorated. The room was small, bathroom had mold in it and the only redeeming factor was the staff who did their best and their breakfast was pretty good. Not a place that I'd go back to especial considering the price. I'd expect much more...
