My favorite place we stayed at during our trip to Italy. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was extremely clean, big and comfortable. There was a balcony with a beautiful view that was made for having your coffee out there. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle yet a quick 6 minute walk to St. Mark's Square.... More

The location for Al Bailo was great. Quiet but within easy walking distance to great restaurants (definitely eat at Oliva Nero...a 5 minute walk). San Marco is 12 - 15 minutes away. Oespadale ferry stop is easy walking distance as well. The staff was very attentive from the days leading up to our stay and certainly during our stay with... More

When you look at the front of the hotel, 104 has the balcony. It was not available when I made my reservation, but I put in a request for that apartment, should there be any cancellation. Lucky for me, there was. I received an e-mail in advance, with a map from the vaporetto (ferry) stop and the code to the... More

This is a quiet street which is great for rest, and is very centric, the staff was awesome they helped us with everything, recommended great places to go and eat, and places that were overpriced for venice, which is already an expensive city. loved it! rooms are comfortable and clean, they have a coffee machine and is great for the... Great location for base providing a quiet and relaxed environment to put your feet up after a busy day. Very welcoming on arrival and helpful staff. Very clean Apartments. Well equipped Supermarket within 5mins easy walk. Good selection of restaurants nearby - One to note (5mins walk) - La Mascareta (Osteria Enoteca) great food with good selection of wines.

I almost don't wanna post a review to keep this little yem hidden. The rooms are really apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious and clean with a modern feel (the pics on the hotels homepage give a fair representation). A great choice in Venice if you are a bigger group or a couple wanting more space... Stayed with two friends and my wife at the Al Bailo apartments for two nights. The apartments are a great place for groups and families. The location is excellent only ten minutes from piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge. One tip for visitors is take a water taxi from St Lucia station or the Airport. If you don't know... More

The location, cleanliness and staff were wonderful, but our 2 bedroom apartment was unfortunately nothing like we expected, especially for the price of 300 euros per night. The photos we had seen online had led us to believe it would have a view or a balcony - it had neither. The apartment was at the back of the building with... More

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the heart of the city, and yet in the piece and quiet of a smaller canal, the Al Bailo di Venezia is a great place to stay. From the first welcome, to seeing the rooms, and throughout our stay, we had no problems and were charmed by the staff and overall character of... More

We loved this location. You are set in the "neighborhood" instead of the tourist areas. Our room was very nice and worked well for our needs. Our two children were in a different apartment in the same building. They loved their accommodations too. There were restaurants very close to our rooms and the rooms were close to the police station.
