Strange hotel - not sure how you would rate it. Its an old castle that has been transformed to a hotel. Located near to the Academia stop (A good 10 min walk) and you need a map to find it because it brings you round corners that would not lead you to believe that you are heading to a hotel.... More

Visited here as part of a walking tour with a Friend in Venice tours. So glad to have had this oppertunity. Stunning. Staff seemed to be attentive and we could see the history in every room we visited.

To start we visited the Palace a year earlier during a tour of Venice and were quite taken with the building and the view from the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. So when we returned to Venice a year later I booked the Palace for our three night stay. To say we were excited to be staying there was a... More

It was an amazing experience to stay here. Built in the 17th Century, it is full of history, not to mention its location right on the canal. We stayed in the annexe, and though not as well appointed as the main building, it was clean and comfortable with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The windows opened on to the... More

We stayed here at the start of our holiday travelling Italy. 3nights was not enough and we will go back! We booked an apartment fully kitted for a family of four with old shabby chic, but original, furniture. The air con was fantastic in what was a very hot Venice. The hotel was great, breakfast was great with a fantastic... More

Aka Ca De Uscoli Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. We arrived and departed by private water taxi from Venice airport - an expensive luxury, but part of the Venice experience of entering your hotel from the water...and much better then lugging your suitcases over the cobbles and bridges. The main hotel is an opulent... More

Beautiful way to visit Venice. Going through the door of this historical palace is like jump back in the past. The rooms are charming and quiet. The staff nice and helpful. The breakfast is a dream, try the fresh orange juice!

A great way to see Venice like in the movies, lots of water activity, gondolas, boats etc, all at your window! Loved being in a small palace dating back to 16th Century, staff was so accommodating & knowledgable. The best breakfast & coffee I had 7 days in Italy! We stayed in the Annex at our request and it was... More

We stayed at the palazzetto for 4 nights and got really one of the most authentic and exciting experience possible. Our appartement with extensive views on the grand canal in the annexe was not the most luxurious but really felt like a proper home with breathless views. The main building were the breakfast is served is totally authentic: you are... More

I was there for two night with family at Aug 2014. The main building is historic and furnished with old things it is beautiful and nice place, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good but be careful for annex building. Some suites are located in annex and there is a lot of steps and aisles if you have... More
