Simply amazing: very clean, elegant, parts of different floors tastefully decorated in medieval Venice style, fantastic breakfast with charming hospitality of the owners. Very friendly people and when asked - happy to share their impressive knowledge of the local facilities and transport connections (i.e. Ateliers for carnival costumes, vaporettos etc). Has perfect location:seconds away from one of the most beautiful... More

This is a great place, I was greeted with espresso and treats, I would stay here again. It was close to some of the main attraction which was nice but sort of off the beaten path so it was quiet at night. I took a water taxi which dropped me off pretty close to the hotel. This hotel is too... More

B&B easy to find, with excellent communication from our hosts Massimo and Sylvie who rang to confirm and make sure we knew where to come. The B&B is staffed only in the morning and on arrival of new guests. We actually arrived earlier than planned and contacted Massimo who very kindly arranged to meet us early to exchange keys. Stayed... More

We stayed three nights in this very nice B&B during late September. The location was great - close to the vaporetto routes, but in a residential area and far enough away from the canals on a broad (for Venice) side street to be nice and quiet. The residence was quite grand, airy and spacious, and our room had all it... More

The owners were very friendly, the room was really gorgeous, everything was clean and nice, the breakfast was very nice and the location was fabulous. Given we were here on our honeymoon it wasn't ideal that the doors were thin with nearly always someone sitting in the hall area outside. The one major downside was the neighbours (sadly as it's... This is a gorgeous little B&B just a short walk away from one of the main waterbus stops, in a quiet backstreet not far from a lovely old church. Really attractive inside, with lovely decor and an authentic, cosy and welcoming feel. The couple who run the place are warm and welcoming and the breakfasts were fine: boiled eggs, toast,... More

Very cosy little spot and a very good price (for Venice, possibly the most extortionate place on the planet). We got the vaporetto down from the train station easily then could walk everywhere from here (half hour max to St Mark's Square). This place has a very genuine feel about it and would thoroughly recommend it. There seems to be... More

We have just returned from staying in Venice at the Ca Santo Spirito and found that it was a perfect place to stay. It is very central, a few minutes walk takes you to the Salute vaporetto stop and also to the gondolas that just take you across the canal for 2 euros. Walking is good too, Dorsoduro has lots... We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Santo Spirito! The B&B is in a quiet part of town but just a 5 minute walk to the Salute Vaporetto stop, which take you accross the river to San Marco. You are not far from anything here, as it is on the number 1 Vaporetto line. You are also close to the... More

At a reasonable price you can live in Venice main part, two steps away from Academia and 20 min walk from San Marco. Many little things provided by the owners to make your stay as comfortable, as possible: free Wi-Fi internet, tasty breakfast with big bowls of cappuccino and free tea whenever you need it - especially nice when it's...
