“Perfect location - great stay”

“Nice little hotel”

Really nice receptionist. Had a wonderful room with roses and prosecco for our anniversary. Great location in walking distance from the parking lot. Breakfast could have offered more choice of cheese.

Our experience at this hotel was very positive . Other than no elevator, that's the only thing I can say we didn't like. Rooms were very nice , clean, spacious, and comfortable. A quiet, comfortable hotel conveniently located for the vaporetti and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff who make excellent recommendations for restaurants and make breakfast very pleasant. We will definitely be returning to Venice and would have no doubts about staying here again.

Small hotel in very convenient position (3mins from railways station), clean, comfortable with a warm assistance from the staff always ready to suggest and support for any need I have been there my my wife and two children and all of us enjoyed the stay Wifi is free, breakfast Italian style I would definitely go there again

Close to water bus stop, rail and bus stations but very quiet. staff are very helpful and recommended several really good restaurants. Breakfasts are very good, rooms adequate and all very clean. Would certainly recommend it.
