I stayed for three nights in April this year and enjoyed my stay immensely, located right at a canal transport stop it was easy to get around Venice, we checked in and shown to our suite and first impressions didn't disappoint, stunning retro style decoration and a view right over the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge! The service was... More

Chose the hotel for the family room and the canal view and was willing to pay a lot more for the view since it was our first visit to Venice. Knew that the hotel was old and not very renovated so was ok with that. Our room was big but the view was horrible. All we could see was the... More

No complaints with anything regarding our stay at the hotel. We had Canal view room 124 and it was a fantastic view of the bridge and the canal. Everything in the room was up to standard, the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were scrumptous. The location of the hotel is central and that is a plus. The hotel restaurant is... More

We splurged on a water taxi from Marco Polo Airport which took us directly to the hotel. Great central location to get to markets, St. Mark's Square, and the cruise port via the Vaporetto (only three stops). When we arrived, a porter took our luggage but our room wasn't ready (we got there a couple hours early so they stored... More

No complaints. Right in the center of the action. Canal view room. Would stay here again. Everything is fine with this hotel. Room a bit small but not a problem. Everyplace within a 20 minute walk. Great hotel.

There is a good terrace in the hotel too of you want to relax after a tiring day!! Breakfast is very good... More

We were delighted with our canal view when we arrived but the downside is that you hear a lot of noise from the street and canal below. On one of our 4 nights we were unable to sleep as there was a great deal of noise throughout the night. Otherwise, we liked the hotel a lot. The location is perfect,... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights prior to a cruise. We arrived by train from Florence and caught a water taxi from the train station to Rialto Bridge, which stopped almost in front of the hotel. Very easy. It is in a wonderful location, right on the canal and beside the Rialto Bridge, surrounded by restaurants, shops,... More

Not our first trip to Venice, we were prepared for the high season rush. We paid a little extra for a room overlooking the canal and Rialto bridge. Location was peefect! Great place to watch Venice go to sleep and wake up! While service on the rest oc the island was very impatient, intolerant and downright rude, the staff here... More

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights for our 1st stage of our honeymoon and we were dropped off by a water taxi right outside the hotel which was very ideal. Upon checking In the staff we were very helpful and spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcome. We were given a double room right on... More
