We stayed here two nights last week in November. In a very quiet area, fronts onto a canal, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Room wasn't huge, but spacious enough for two. Very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice and had a bath and shower over bath. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the lovely girl... More

My wife and I stayed here the last week in November 2014. A long weekend away for her birthday, and neither of us had visited Venice before. The hotel was fantastic, friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were spacious, clean, and considering we had a street side room, exceptionally quiet too! The location is... More

Stayed here in September 2014 on the last leg of a tour of northern Italy. Our first trip to Vanice. Shared water taxi from the aiport, pre booked was about £35 each return but worth it. Dropped off at San Zaccharia and the hotle is a few minutes walk from there in a quiet side street canal. Location is very... More

We stayed here in October this year only for a couple of nights but loved the hotel. It was a small but very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and quaint and the hotel is only 3 mins walk from St Marco Square which was great. Easy to find once you got off the ferry.... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights prior to the start of a cruise that my husband and I took. Prior to staying at the hotel, I looked extensively at the Trip Advisor reviews. The hotel and room met our expectations. We arrived by private taxi (because we had too much luggage to take on a public taxi) --... More

We stayed here for two nights last week and found it was superbly located, we were able to walk to all the major sights. The hotel is small, easy to find from the nearest waterbus stop and very well presented throughout. Our room was modern, clean and cosy, with the bonus of a free minibar, free wifi and full Sky... This is an ok hotel, but too expensive for what you get. The bedroom was a good size and nicely decorated but the bathroom was very small and smelt strongly of damp and/or poor drainage. The breakfast was disappointing, we were not offered anything cooked to order and items that had run out (such as fruit salad) were not being... More

Stayed here on a Saturday night in room 207. There is a bar (really a street cafe) just under the window across the sidewalk. I might as well been bedding down in the bar. They were loud and drunk just under my window. The back of the hotel might be better but the party went on until at least 2:15AM... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights beginning 10/18. We had the same room 201 that some other reviews criticized. We could find nothing wrong with the room. It had a large comfy bed and a sofa and 2 upholstered chairs. We had windows on 2 opposite sides so we could see the gondolas coming and going. It was... More

You will like this hotel even though it is not a luxury hotel or a destination resort. It is a clean 3-star hotel that does everything you would want it to. The décor is a little dated and the breakfast is good rather than very good (like those invariably served in Sicily); scrambled eggs are prepared on request. The beds... More
