Villa is a nice walk from the main pier where you get off the vaporetto (water bus). Staff are friendly and speak English. I require a gluten free diet and they arranged for gluten free bread to be available for my breakfast. There are plenty of choices for breakfast including a superb natural yogurt. Staff recommended a number of restaurants... more

We stayed for 7 nights in a superior room (number 14, 1st floor overlooking the back) and were glad of the aircon. There was plenty of space in the minibar for putting our own things. Didn't use the safe as it wasn't bolted down and couldn't be bothered to ask for key. On the first night we were initially worried... more

We had a great time staying at this hotell, the hotell was cosy, clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and friendly and we loved the location, near the beach and easy to get the vaporetto to Venice. Would certainly recommend it to others! more

Staff went the extra mile to explain transport and locations of what we wanted to see. Breakfast was great with expresso coffee included! We would stay there again if we return to Venice. Easy transport into central Venice. more

In the summer you have every hour, and 200 m from your room, the 'casino' vaporetto line 20 (22') to take you to busy and overwhelming Venice and to get you back to romance and... more

The local beach was just perfect for us and the kids with lots of shells to collect and crabs to run after. The cosy little Tavernetta around the corner... more
