We found this hotel by chance. We were traveling by train and arrived in Venice without a hotel booked, yes this was the part of the trip we did spontaneously. We were very lucky. Room and bathroom were adequate. Actually, the bathroom was better than most european rooms have. The place is not luxury, but its above average.
