Excellent location as close to Bus Station and People Mover making transfers to cruise lines at the port very easy and convenient. Great staff who were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in avoiding tourist traps and getting best value for your dollar. Great breakfasts included and although rooms are small they are still romantic.

Very impressed with the hotel and staff along with the very convenient position for Bus Station & People Mover to Harbour. only very small drawback if staying for more than a day or 2 is some of the rooms were a touch small although this was not a problem for us. will recommend to others who visit Venice.

A very good and romantic hotel with very good position for arriving at the airport, cruise port and the city center. I booked a standard double room, I received one with a nice view to the chanel. Thanks to the staff!

Was impressed the whole way through with this hotel. Francesco at reception friendly and so helpful. They all spoke great English. Get a room with canal view worth the extra. Breakfast healthy. Catch the bus€6 it almost stops out front. Will be back :)

We recently stayed at this hotel pre-cruise. We arrived quite late at night (after 11pm) and were very tired after more than 36 hours in airplanes and airports. The location could not have been more convenient - it was visible from Piazzale Roma and there was only one bridge to cross with suitcases. The reception is open 24/7 and we... More

Very easy to get to by ATOV bus from the airport. Nestled among the canals, this little gem is truly a rare find! It had been newly renovated so the bathroom was quite modern. The receptionists speak excellent English and were very helpful in recommending great nearby restaurants. The room was clean and the AC was up to American standard. The... More

Used this hotel for a one day stay in Venice. Good location regarding parking and water bus to Venice. Small old fashion rooms with tiny bathroom. No curtain for the shower so the bathroom was filled with water after we had used the shower. Tiny breakfast room. We had to pre order breakfast time. A bit pricy for the standard.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location everything else fail badly Room very tiny and expensive. Breakfast very bad they don't know how to boil a egg, rude brainless racist breakfast staff. If u not from the white race European or USA stay out of this hotel . I never visit Venice more .

This is a decent hotel with very helpful staff. It is conveniently located near the pier and central to sightseeing in Venice. The breakfast was very nice although the breakfast room was small. It was definitely too expensive though.

A great hotel for exploring Venice. It is undoubtedly convenient for anyone heading off on a cruise but it's also a lovely place to stay if you just want to get to know Venice. We had a simple but comfortable and charming room overlooking the canals and spent a couple of days just wandering around getting to know the city.... More
