From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were thrilled with the service at the Sofitel. The room was beautiful-my wife loved the balcony.The location is also excellent-we arrived by train from Florence- very easy walk from train station . I stayed at this hotel because of the location and wanted to be away from san marco. I have to say i really enjoyed the location and found the staff very helpful. the room was on the smaller side but was comfortable. but changes are afoot...hotel will leave sofitel chain at end of June. more
