Very friendly staff. The front desk helped us with dinner reservations on a couple occasions which resulted in excellent tables and being squeezed into the restaurant even though it was a busy night. This hotel was easily within walking distance of the cruise port where we arrived. The hotel room was very clean and had adequate space. The staff was great and provided good service throughout out stay. The location is a little walk from the main attactions of Venice but is still in a good location.

The Hotel is in an ideal position for getting around Venice and very quiet. We loved the decor of the room which was a good size, and we had a lovely view of the park. Really wished we had more time here.
