The room (Mimi) and location are fantastic to be sure, but the hostess Stefania takes this B and B to an entirely different level. Who knew we had family in Venice? From the time of booking she kept in touch - from confirming our reservation to giving us directions to 'You and Me' upon our arrival. We arrived to a... More

Where do I start? We arrived in Venice by train but forgot to bring the directions with us. We managed to get to San Silvestro where we rang the hostess, Stefania. She came and met us, we recognised her straight away when she gave us both huge hugs. We were only a few minutes away and if we'd remembered to... More

The reviews for this bed and breakfast are spot on Stefania couldn't have been more helpful. The b& b is in a fantastic location for exploring venice. We stayed in the twin room on the top floor and found it to be very spacious with all our needs catered for. Stefania even provides eye masks! The help yourself buffet is... More

What more is there to say that has not already been said about this place and it's owner , Stefania! We stayed for a week in the MIMI and endorse the positive comments made by previous guests. First and foremost we were very grateful for the full description given by Stefania of how to make our way from Marco Polo... More

Stayed here for my wife's 30th birthday in April 2014. Stefania was nothing but helpful from the minute I booked which was back in October 2013. When we arrived, she greeted us with a lovely warm and friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave us very good instructions of how to get around Venice, which sites... More

We were here for 6 days and it was basically flawless. Stephania is one of the great hosts you could ask for. Her advice and help with anything was extremely good. The room we had was large with AC, a comfy bed, nice bathroom, etc. The location is near a water bus stop and the Rialto. Many places nearby worth... More

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting Venice. Very easy to get to following Stefania's instructions by water bus. Well located 5 minutes to water boats, 7 minutes to Rialto Bridge. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Breakfast provisions included sweets, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, juice, water, tea and coffee. You could help yourself through the day if you... More

We stayed here on our honeymoon for two nights. The location is perfect, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was one of the nicest I've seen in Europe. On top of all this, Stephania was a perfect host. She knew that it was our honeymoon and she had a bottle of Prosecco and a nice card to greet... More

My fiancé and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Stephania was extremely friendly and was so excited about our recent engagement that we found cold Prosecco in our room one evening! The room was comfortable and having the option of AC was really great. Also the breakfast was the best we've had at B&B's in Europe so... More

The four of us stayed with Stephania the first week in June. She greeted us on arrival and it was like being home. Stephania showed us our rooms and then proceeded to provide us with maps and suggestions. She also printed boarding passes for our departure the last day and helped with various routes to the airport for the o'dark... More
